Shipping
We offer the following options for shipping your order in the United States.
Free: Free shipping for any orders over $75 and orders of Treatzall. Orders are shipped either USPS or UPS.
Standard: $8.95 for any orders under $75. Orders are shipped either USPS or UPS.
Overnight: UPS NextDay Air available for certain products. Shipping rate shown at checkout is based on your address and the order’s weight and dimensions.
PLEASE NOTE: Dupree Products cannot guarantee orders placed with overnight shipping will arrive by the following day. Any orders placed with the overnight shipping option will be shipped as specified below, however once the package is picked up by UPS Dupree Products cannot guarantee it will be delivered by the next day.
- Overnight orders placed before 12:00 PM CST will ship on the day the order is placed.
- Overnight orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will ship on the following day.
- Overnight orders placed before 12:00 PM CST on Friday will ship on Friday, but will not arrive until the following Monday.
- Overnight orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on Friday will ship on Monday.
- Overnight orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.
We offer the following options for shipping your order to Canada.
Standard: Shipping rates are calculated by USPS based on the items purchased. All orders to Canada are shipped USPS to Canada Post.
PLEASE NOTE: Dupree Products is not responsible for any customs fees required by Canada or Canada Post. All shipping costs are paid during time of order, but any additonal fees that may be required at time of delivery must be paid by the recipient.
Shipping confirmations are sent to the email address provided on the order. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within a couple hours of your order please check your spam folder.
