Dupree Twis-Loc Valve (Manual) - Core Assembly (No Housing)
Replacement core assembly for any installed Dupree Twis-Loc manual valve.
When the seals on your Twis-Loc eventually wear after years of use, you don't replace the whole valve and you don't redo the plumbing. You remove two screws, swap in this replacement core assembly, and put the valve back to work in a couple of minutes. The valve body, the slip-joint connections, and the rest of your plumbing stay exactly as they are.
The kit contains the full internal mechanism — blade, shaft, and seals — pre-assembled and ready to drop in. Same engineering as a brand-new Twis-Loc internal assembly. Installation takes about five minutes with a Phillips screwdriver.
This is the part that makes the Twis-Loc design fundamentally different from every disposable RV waste valve on the market: when the wear components reach the end of their service life, you maintain the valve instead of replacing it.
Who needs this
Any owner of an installed Twis-Loc manual valve. If the handle is getting harder to operate, if you're seeing any seepage at the valve, or if you just want to refresh a valve that's been in service for years — this is what you need.
Installation
Approximately five minutes with a Phillips screwdriver. Apply silicone grease to the end cap o-ring and seal during reassembly to ensure leak-free operation and extend service life.
